PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR WARRANTY

Hail Storm PDR warrants all Paintless Dent Repairs (PDR) performed on all vehicles will not cause or result in any defects in integrity, alignment, or functionality of the panels from which dents were removed from. Parts will not be replaced unless the panel is deemed unfixable via PDR by our PDR technicians in a timely and cost-effective manner. In the event that a paint job or bodywork is needed, Hail Specialists will cover any missed hail dents and defects that could potentially occur.

Before the release of your vehicle, Hail Storm PDR will request final approval by you for repairs performed on your vehicle as part of Hail Storm PDR’s quality control. After the release of your vehicle, your vehicle will be protected under Hail Storm PDR’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

In the event that Hail Storm PDR’s service performed is found to be defective, Hail Storm PDR will provide a free Paintless Dent Repair at its place of business to correct those defects. 

EXCLUSIONS:

1. Normal Wear and Tear.

   This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on your vehicle that Hail Storm PDR has repaired. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by corrosion, rust, and other related elements.

2. Previous Damage.

   This warranty does not cover previous damage not associated with Hail Storm PDR’s Paintless Dent Repair performed on your vehicle.

3. Sale or Lease.

   This warranty is nontransferable. This warranty would no longer be valid if your vehicle changes ownership. 

4. Stripes and Decals.

   This warranty does not cover decorative stripes and decals on your hail damaged vehicle, including those from the original equipment manufacturer.

5. Subsequent Hail Storms and Damage.

   This warranty is invalid for additional repairs if Hail Storm PDR determines and verifies that the subsequent damage differs from the damage on the original auto hail repair order.

This lifetime warranty will be rendered null and void if any alteration to the repair was made by people not associated with, or authorized by Hail Storm PDR.
